Returns & Refunds policy

The duration of this contract is 2 year (not to exceed the period of two years) beginning on the date of entry in the UAE, if the Second Party was recruited outside the UAE for the purpose of employment under this specific contract; or the date of change of status, if the Second Party had been the UAE for a purpose other than being employed under this contract; and ending on(expiration date)

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the refund request.

Conditions for returns:

The office is committed to refunding the full recruitment amount if the domestic worker is returned within the first month.
The office is committed to refunding the full recruitment amount + government fees if the domestic worker is returned during the trial period if it is proven that the worker is not physically fit to perform the required support service during the trial period.
The office is committed to refunding the recruitment amount to the employer within 14 days from the date of returning the worker to the domestic worker recruitment office. Or reporting his absence from work. The employer is committed, in the event of the worker's return, to cancel the domestic worker's work permit and hand over his passport. The amount that the domestic worker recruitment office is committed to refunding to the employer is calculated as follows (total recruitment cost ÷ duration of the domestic worker's contract in months) × the remaining period of the employment contract. In the event of reasons not mentioned in the table above, the employer is not entitled to claim the remaining amount of the recruitment amount

Late Fines

1/ In the event of delay in placing the worker at the disposal of the second party for more than 30 days, the first party shall be obligated to pay the second party compensation for each day of delay in the amount of (100) one hundred dirhams, with a maximum not exceeding (1000) one thousand dirhams.
2/ If the period of delay in placing the worker at the disposal of the second party exceeds thirty days from the agreed period, this contract shall be considered automatically terminated for a reason attributable to the first party, unless the second party agrees in writing to extend the period of delay for a period of ( ), provided that the first party shall bear any fines that may result from the entry permit in the event of its expiration.
3/ If the first party does not provide the worker to the second party within the agreed period, the contract shall be considered automatically terminated for a reason attributable to the first party. The first party shall bear the responsibility of providing a replacement without imposing any additional expenses on the second party, or returning all amounts paid by the second party - according to the latter's choice with the right to compensation.
4/ If the second party does not pay the remaining percentage of the recruitment cost within five days from the date of notification for a reason attributable to the second party, and the first party has the right to compensation for payment, the contract shall be considered automatically terminated in the amount of (50%) of the first payment.

Dispute Settlement

1/ In the event of a dispute between the two parties, the Ministry shall be resorted to to take what it deems appropriate to settle the issue by mutual consent between the two parties, or refer it to the judiciary.
2/ Any external agreements related to the subject of this contract shall not be recognized, whether prior to or subsequent to its signing, and shall be considered null and void.
3/ The Ministry shall, in all cases, take legal action against the party violating the contract in accordance with the provisions of the relevant applicable legal systems.
4/ In the absence of a provision in this contract, the provisions of Federal Law No. (10) of 2017 regarding support service workers, its executive regulations, and the rest of the legal systems in force at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in this regard shall apply, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall be the competent authority to consider any dispute related to this contract.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
