Tadbeer offers four main packages, each catering to different requirements based on whether the family prefers direct sponsorship, temporary contracts, or flexible part-time services. Here's a breakdown of each package:

Package 1: Direct Sponsorship

Under this package, the employer directly sponsors the domestic worker and assumes full responsibility for their employment. This package is ideal for families who need full-time domestic help and prefer a long-term commitment.

• Cost: Starting at AED 2,200 (excluding monthly salary)

• Monthly Salary: AED 1,000 to AED 2,500 depending on nationality

• Duration: 2 Years with a Six-month probation period contract with renewal options

• Nationality Options: Sri Lankan, Filipino, Indonesian, Ethiopian, Ugandan, Kenyan, Indian, and Nepali workers

Package 2: Temporary Contract

This package provides families with the flexibility to hire domestic workers on a temporary basis. Ideal for families that need short-term assistance or are not yet ready for a long-term contract.

• Cost: AED 2,099 to AED 3,500

• Monthly Salary Included : AED 2,250 (Ethiopian, Bangladeshi, Nepali, Indian, Kenyan) to AED 3,500 (Filipino, Indonesian)

• Duration: Short-term contract (renewable)

Package 3: Live-in Domestic Workers

In this package, Tadbeer takes responsibility for the management of the domestic worker. The employer only pays for their services.

• Cost: Based on hours of service

• Monthly Salary: Based on services needed

• Duration: Two-year contract

Package 4: Flexible Part-Time Services

This package is perfect for families who only need part-time help, either for specific days or hours. It provides complete flexibility without the need for long-term commitments.

• Cost: AED 120 per day (4 hours) or AED 200 per day (8 hours)

• Monthly Cost: AED 3,500 for part-time, full-month services

• Duration: Hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly options available

The Hiring Process Through Tadbeer

1. Submit an Application: Begin by submitting an application online or at a Tadbeer center.

2. Specify Requirements: Indicate whether you need full-time, part-time, or temporary help, and list any specific skills required.

3. Profile Matching: Tadbeer will share the profiles of suitable workers based on your needs.

4. Interviewing Candidates: Once shortlisted, you can conduct interviews with the selected candidates.

5. Contract Signing: After selecting a candidate, the contract is drafted, ensuring all legal obligations are met.

6. Visa and Medical Process: Tadbeer handles the visa and medical examination procedures.

7. Domestic Worker Arrives: Your domestic worker begins their employment after all formalities are completed.
